medintel are looking for keen data geek grads who can write.

We're a small medical market research agency doing genuinely interesting work for some of the world's leading medical device companies. This summer, we have a couple of good sized projects that we need help with.

medintel provide the evidence medical companies need to make informed decisions, simply, quickly and effectively. We collect, analyse, and interpret complex data to find the narrative, and present it as clearly and engagingly as possible. At all times. We take pride in our work, are fascinated by medical science, and like to get stuck into knotty data problems.

What you'll get stuck into

  • Supporting live research projects across qualitative interviews, surveys, and data analysis

  • Helping to collect, organise, and interpret evidence from clinicians and industry experts

  • Contributing to client deliverables — slides, reports, summaries — that actually get used

  • Learning how market research is designed, run, and presented in a specialist medical context

  • Getting exposure to the full project lifecycle, start to finish

What we're looking for

Certificates matter less to us than instinct. We want someone who's naturally curious, takes pride in whatever they put their name to, and doesn't wait to be told twice.

  • Undergraduate student or recent graduate — science, social science, or any discipline with strong analytical content

  • Excellent written English — clear, precise, no waffle

  • Curious about healthcare, medical science, or health data

  • Comfortable working with numbers and not afraid of a spreadsheet

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and asks good questions

  • Fluency in a second European language is very welcome

What you'll come away with

  • A working understanding of how medical market research actually operates

  • Exposure to qualitative and quantitative research methods

  • Paid at a competitive rate - £25,000 pro-rata
