Analysts needed - Junior and Senior

medintel are looking for medical data geeks who can write.

If you are into impenetrable data models, blue-sky thinking, or talk about leveraging strategic bandwidth to move needles on mission-critical deliverables, please take your jazz hands some place else. We don’t do corporate jargon, or consulting whataboutery.

medintel provide the evidence medical companies need to make informed decisions, simply, quickly and effectively. We collect, analyse, and interpret complex data to find the narrative, and present it as clearly and engagingly as possible. At all times. We take pride in our work, are fascinated by medical science, and like to get stuck into knotty data problems.

Fire in your belly and taking pride in your work are far more important to us than immediate medical knowledge, or Excel skills. We can teach the latter, little we can do without the former. A gut feeling for your potential is far more important to us than certificates.

You should:

  • Take pride in your work

  • Be a self-starter

  • Have excellent written and verbal presentation skills

  • Be continually curious and have a problem-solving mindset

  • Genuine interest in healthcare, medical science, or health data

  • Have strong critical analysis skills

  • Like the challenge of collecting the best evidence allowed to varying budgets

  • Be a team player

  • Be open to travel opportunities

Experience level:

  • Junior role - ideally science / social science graduate — we're open-minded about discipline

  • Senior role - ideally a minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in consulting or the pharma / biotech sector

  • Proven ability in managing client relationships

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • Fluency in a second language would be welcomed
